We provide a guarantee for all the products manufactured in-house. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of shipment/installation. Should there be a malfunction covered under this warranty, the buyer must notify Vox Signs before taking any action. To proceed with any work or repairs on signs under warranty without notifying Vox Signs automatically voids any warranty.
